Can I return or exchange my order? 
All orders / sales are final.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing order by contacting us via email. 
Order Processing Times
Current order processing time is 1-2 weeks. 
During a sale, order processing time is 3-4 weeks.
*Please make sure that your shipping address is correct upon placing order. SuzeeQPlans is not responsible for incorrect addresses. If a package needs to be resent, you will be responsible for the additional cost of shipping. 
*Shipping delays by USPS can occur. Please note, that SuzeeQPlans is not responsible for delays once your order/package has been scanned by the USPS. 
*Please refer to your tracking information for updates on your package. It may take up to 72 hours before you see initial movement of your package. If you do not receive an update after 10 days please contact us. 
*If your package has not been delivered and appears to be lost, please contact your local post office.
*If your package has been marked as delivered but not in your hands, please contact your local post office and file a claim.
